How is HYDRO Reset different from Hydro2 Pro?
HYDRO Reset is the practitioner-guided pathway. Hydro2 Pro is the gentler everyday alternative described in this pathway. It is not an automatic add-on: do not combine the two unless your practitioner advises it.
What is included in the DEFEND pathway?
This pathway pairs HYDRO Reset with Soothe Biotix and the DEFEND Food & Routine Planner. The practitioner confirms what is appropriate for you. The free four-page support guide and the 30-day planner are separate resources.
How much should I take, and for how long?
Follow the directions on your current pack and the individual advice supplied by your practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended intake or combine Reset products without guidance. The pathway does not prescribe the same dose or duration for everyone.
