Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a short consultation form to complete before your appointment. This helps us understand your health concerns and personalise your session.

📌 Step 3: We’ll Call You at Your Chosen Time
If you’ve booked a phone consultation, we’ll call you at your scheduled time to discuss your health goals and create your personalised plan.
